Valentine’s day is the day we celebrate on the 14th day of February. If you ask people what is the meaning of Valentine’s Day, they will say it is the day for lovers, love between man and woman, for couples and everything that is connected to lovers. However, Valentine’s day is not just for people who are committed to romantic love. Valentines is for everyone. It is the month of love and every living thing on earth feels love, with your friends, neighbors, family and everyone that surrounds you.

Worried because
you don’t have a lover to celebrate Valentine’s with? Why not treat your
parents instead? They deserve that, because they were the ones who loved you
first. Or hangout with your friends, love built your friendship.

Every year when
that time comes, I always see on the streets, department stores, public
markets, and even book stores that people are selling, balloons, flowers,
cards, chocolates, and anything that serves as a perfect gift for a loved
one. Then COVID-19 hits the whole world
and people were not able to celebrate Valentine’s Day outside. But that didn’t
stop people from celebrating, it is too special for them that it is the only
day that is full of love and affection. Most of the people show their feelings
when this time comes, they are become more comfortable to their loved ones.
And if I am
asked what is my agenda every 14th of February, I do celebrate it
with my friends at daylight and dinner with my Family. We share thoughts and
exchange cheesy jokes until we laugh out loud and by that, I can really feel
the love and joy that is flowing inside our home. There is nothing more great
than laughing with your loved ones.
